It really says something about how strong a dart gun is when grown adults who get hit by it say "ouch!" every time.

Originally my daughter just wanted the Rebelle crossbow...but then she saw the bow, Powerbelle Blaster, smaller guns and everything else. The bow and crossbow are both excellent Nerf products, but this sucker right here is the real deal. The commercial for the Powerbelle doesn't get the point across that this gun is very powerful. It uses the same darts as the other Rebelle guns and bows, which are basically the same as most Nerf guns. But it's the motor that packs a punch. Look above at the product description and you'll see that the Powerbelle can shoot up to 75 feet. I'm happy to say that this is true. You have to see the gun in action for yourself to understand why it's so popular. It shoots hard, fast and fires 10 darts before it has to be reloaded. Make the most of any Nerf war and carry extra ammo with you while using this thing and you're set to plow through everyone that gets in your way! Even my 17 year old brother thinks it's cool and is considering getting one for himself. I said it before with the Rebelle bow- it's about freakin' time that girls started to get some serious artillery.

The single downside to the Powerbelle is that the motor is loud. There's no chance of anyone pulling off a sneak attack in a quiet area, or most areas for that matter, unless a tv or something is cranked up. It's a small price to pay for unloading ten darts on some poor unsuspicting victim. The gun is well made, but anyone using it should be careful not to drop it. The plastic could crack if dropped on a hard floor, or something inside could come loose and ruin the shooting altogether. Make use of the strap!

My granddaughter liked the "girl version" because her older brother had one. They enjoyed playing this with each other. They seemed to have liked it on Christmas morning and they had asked for them. I think it was a big hit.

Finally, something a bit more girly yet fierce. My daughter loved this, and the entire Nerf Rebelle line, especially the goggles. So cute!

Conversion to the Rebelle product line of the original Dart Tag Speedswarm blaster, this is a nice to have for my girl to play against her elder brothers, who do have and use the equivalent Dart Tag Speedswarm.

Fully automatic with nice girly colors (even thought one might ask why to have specific product lines for boys and girls), it please my young daughter.
It do seems to fire more efficiently and thus fire with longer and more powerfull shots than the original Dart Tag Speedswarm blaster. My boys are wanting it now! ;-)
As the Nerf wiki states, it might be indeed a tweaked version so to meet the specs of the Elite / Rebelle product lines.

As all Nerf darts are the same, it is nice to reuse the Dart Tag ones as the boys have quite a stock, Dart Tag are much more visible in the grass when playing so easier to retrieve, are heavier (so goes less far) and are hurting less since they are designed to be fired are a more closed range. An ideal switch.
My young girl are keeping the coloured Rebelle darts that comes in the package as collectible ones.

In this packaging the Blaster goes with a dart bag that can be attached to the blaster (nice to have and which can be attached to the belt or to the blaster and has a good capacity - 20 darts or so) and with a strap. Should be by default too on the Dart tag Speedswarm!

Of course a bit angry on batteries, but a quite a few rounds are possible when using good brands. Rechargeable batteries are not usable (I have tried) since not delivering the appropriate voltage, a petty since now rechargeable ones are more than quite common...

This gun has a major disadvantage....it's loud, before it even fires. When you pull the trigger, the motor starts up and it takes about 1-1.5 seconds while the barrel rotates to fire the next dart. This means your enemies know you are firing before you actually fire. Other than that, it's not too bad. Shoots pretty far (not 75 ft like advertised, but plenty far for indoors).

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loved it. We even had to buy more bullets for it. I was just glad that Nerf finally made something that is "girly."

Bought this for granddaughter for Christmas. She hasn't received it yet, but I think it looks great. Love the colors, and packaging looks great! I think she'll like it. Now she'll be able to play with the boys, but with a lot more "bling".
