I just gave this toy to my 5 year old. She spent hours playing with it. She is still on the 'easy' level, but is having a blast. As she conquers this level, the harder level will continue to keep her amused. I actually liked playing with it too, but only for a short while :) There's counting, matching & sequence games as well as several others. I would recommend this game.

My mom bought this for my 4-year old last Christmas and she still plays it all the time. She loves the games(There is one game for eachcandy land character.) She loves the voices. To top it all, she still isn't bored with it nine months later!

I loves to play Candyland electronic hand-held games becaues it helps me a lot for counting mentally and helps to exercies my brain.My maths result have improved and my mother is very happy, she encourges me to play whenever I am free.It there is another candyland electronic hand-held 2, I would sure buy it. If there is kids who wants to buy it, I would encourge he or she to buy.

I am not sure why but my kids spend quite a bit of time playing with this. I can't understand what the thing says nor can I get it to do much of anything. The graphics are very bad and this really has nothing to do with the game CandyLand. But I guess if the kids like it............and if you can get it on sale.........then its OK.

I got one of these for both my son (5) and my daughter (3 1/2) for Christmas. This is a great toy for quiet play and entertainment while driving. My son, who got a lot of other things for Christmas, said that this was his favorite gift. It has kept him entertained for hours. My daughter likes it also, but she is maybe still just a little young and impatient to get the full benefit of the games. I think that she will grow into it though, and enjoy it as much as my son.

We bought this toy for a car trip and you had to hold it to your ear to hear it. Not something a 5 year old wants to do a lot of on a 10 hour trip.

I bought this for my 4-year-old who is now almost five - neither of us are too "dumb", I have a grad degree and she's starting read - and neither of us can figure this thing out!!! :) If we get it to play the game she wants, it's purely by accident. Audio doesn't even sound like a real voice - very difficult to understand, video is too small to see very well. I don't think it's a game a child could figure out independently until they are 7 or 8 and I get too frustrated with the thing to help her out.

My daughter loves the toy, but all the adults in the house hate it. It has no 'off' button, so after the child stopped playing, it goes on for another minute until it turns itself off. This can really grind on your nerves, since this is a noisy toy.

My daughter loves this toy, especially when she is bored in the car. She plays with it all the time since she has it and still likes it so much. The toy turns off by it itself if not being played for a few minutes. I wish there is a power switch, so the kid can turn it off rather than wasting the battery. This toy "eats" battery really fast.

I was very disappointed with this product. My daughter often finds the devise too hard to operate and the games are too easy.
As a result, it didn't hold her interest for very long. She is 4 yrs old and is used to operating video games, computer games, etc...but this game is more annoying to try to play than it is fun.
