My boys LOVE Indiana Jones and this whip was perfect (I bought 2) They make the whip cracking noise and the Indiana Jones theme music. They aren't too long and they are super soft. They are going to hit each other with them, so this is a nice change from the hard plastic light sabers they use right now!!!

This has been quite the favorite in this house since Santa brought it this year. The cats think it's a gas since it has fringe at the bottom of it to resemble a cat-of-nine-tails. Great item, the sound effects are fantastic, and combined with a fedora, makes the perfect ensemble for the young explorer. Can't say enough good about this one, highly recommend!

My grandson has already whipped everyone in the household into shape and has started working on the neighbors. He just loves this toy and has informed me that all he needs now is the shirt and the pants. I am not sure how long his Indiana Jones stage will last but I am so glad I got this for him for his birthday!

I bought this for my son last year for Christmas. He loved it and continues to play with it a year later. I have to admit i've played with it a few times too. It comes with a CD that we've never used but it's good quality and keeps him easily entertained as he tries to create a whole story when he plays with the Indy whip.

Finally at least a toy that will last with everyday playing and made very well for safety. My 5yr old LOVES it.

My 10 y.o. son wanted to be Indiana Jones for Halloween. As he designed his own costume, we actually considered getting a real, leather whip. He could be trusted with it, but we discussed the fact that he'd only be able to use it far away from anyone--in which case he'd have no audience, which negates the Halloween purpose. He thought the sounds effects would make this worthwhile and we were pleasantly surprised.The sounds are good and although the whip is cloth, it's longer than we feared. It actually worked very well for its purpose.

My son, age 6, couldn't get enough of this whip. The sounds and music, along with the ability to actually whip without getting in trouble, made this a great gift. It was fun for older and younger kids to try out, as well as adults. We didn't even get to the cd yet, but the whip itself is great. It's soft, except for the handle, so despite my son's best effort, he was unable to hurt his brother with it. My niece, however, found that by holding the whip and flinging the plastic handle, she might inflict some damage. So as long as your child holds the handle and swings the whip, they'll have a great time.

Purchased two of these for my Indy-crazed 5 and 3 year olds. The DVD is fun because it shows all the great stunts from all the movies. Until now they had only ever seen the first 5 minutes from the first movie. The "rolling rock" part but that was enough to make them Indy fans. These whips are great because they are too soft to hurt and also too soft to knock anything off my shelves. The kids run around the house wearing their fedoras and these whips. GREAT purchase

Bought these for my twin grandsons, age 5. They love anything Indiana Jones, and this just makes them laugh and giggle. It's made pretty well, and the "whip" itself is made of very soft fabric that could not be used to hurt anyone. (Was a little leary of giving little boys a thing they can hit with...) The handles are sturdy plastic and a button on it plays the Indiana Jones theme. A fun toy for imaginery play.

This toy is fantastic. So much fun for kids. Imaginative play at it's best-and the DVD is cool!
