My 9 year old HAD to have this for Christmas, she likes it but is too old for it. Our 4 year old daughter loves it, it's a simple and fast game. Good for learning how to play games, taking turns being a good sport ect. I like that it's not an involved game and find that I am willing to play it at almost anytime because of that. If you are looking for a game for more education purposes than I described, this is not the game. But if you want a simple fun game to just play and spend time with your child, this is a good one. Especially if they like Littlest Pets, they can use their favorite pet or any for that matter, as their mover. My daughters enjoys picking the movers out of their "collection". My 4 year old received this game for her birthday. We play it almost everyday. She loves the cute characters. I love that it is fast and not too boring to play. It was easy for her to learn and the play can change in anyone's favor, which keeps it interesting. Good game for trying to teach positive sportsmanship.

This is one of the better games we've picked up. My daughter LOVES being able to use one of her Littlest Pets as her game piece. The game is great for 8 and under. Any older and it might be a little too simple. A great game when time is short.

This is such a fun game. The pieces are so neat and they can play with the game pieces with other things. My daughter is 3 almost 4 and just loves playing it. I suspect she will be playing it for a long time to come as well.

I bought this game several months ago for my six-year-old daughter who is a Littlest Pet aficionado. She loved the pets that came with it, and though she enjoyed playing with it a few times with us, she seldom takes it down anymore. When I invite her to play it, she prefers the Littlest Pet jigsaw puzzles instead. I believe that the game is too simplistic for her. It is a very basic spin-the-wheel and move-the number-of-spaces format, with a couple of special exceptions when you land on certain spaces.

I think this game may be better suited for younger children such as toddlers learning to count and play cooperatively with others. For those children, this game could teach valuable skills in a fun way. There are no pieces to swallow and the game components are fairly sturdy cardboard. The adorable four pets add to your child's collection, too!

My 4 yo DD & 6 yo DS LOVE to play this game. It has a simple concept that is easy to play and keeps their attention until the end of the game. We have "sound effects" that we make when we land on certain spots (oo-oo, ah-ah for the monkey business spot!) & that makes them laugh and get excited everytime they land on it! My DD also has some other littlest pet shop figures and she likes to pick different pets each time we play. I would highly recommend this game for younger kids to teach basic game skills: taking turns, moving a piece around the board & strategy.

I gave this to my 5 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She brought it tto my house when she spent the night. She put the directions aside and told me that we didn't need them. We had a great time playing the game.

Although this game was purchased for a younger child, it was fun for all ages. The game pieces were surprisingly nice...smaller versions of actual Pet Shop Pets. The younger children not only enjoyed the game, they also enjoyed playing with the game pieces when they became tired of playing the game.

I got this game for my daughter who is 3 and she loves it. It's a great game for young kids--it goes fast, teaches colors, counting, and is easy to play. My son who is 6 1/2 gets bored with it, but he still plays. Highly recommended!!

THIS LITTLE PET SHOP WAS A CUTE IDEA. DOESN'T TAKE LONG AT ALL TO PLAY. VERY EASY TO PLAY. O.K. IDEA. BUT, SHE GOT 4 LITTLE PET SHOP PET'S WITH IT. SO THAT'S A BONUS.
