This is Perfect for ages 7 and up. The nerf gun is easy to pump with only one pump, not 10 or more. It fires far. I was concerned the darts wouldn't stick, but they work great. The only disadvantage is the darts will get lost. They are a bright color, but when running around outside, it is going to happen. You can buy replacements, but $7 for 30 is a little pricey. I highly recommend this toy.

I already have one set and I am in love already. Power? Good. Durability? Could probably survive a fall from the Empire State Building. Fun? Heck yes.

When I played with it with my friends we had a blast with it. The darts stick real well on the vest. It the coolest toy I own.

My two boys, ages 7 & 5 love this toy!! It keeps them busy for hours...all their friends love it also. I actually bought several more as Christmas gifts for the other kids in the family. Fun Toy!

The day I got these guns all of my friends and I were amazed by their range and accuracy (my friends were a little jealous too). In the first nerf war we had with these the users of the guns won the game. 5-outta-5 baby!!!!

My 8 year old saved up his very own money and chose this one toy for his splurge. I was concerned because it was his savings from many months. But he was more than delighted...it has provided hours of fun. His older brothers sneak the two guns included and vests and attack each other when he is away from home. Another boy in the neighborhood brought over his set of 2 guns/vests and 4 guys had a round-the-house brawl chasing each other for quite some exhausting time....great squeals of delight and screams of attack! If the parent can stand the noise that goes with it, it is an awesome fun toy for the kids. Seems to be well built, too. Buy extra darts, they get lost easy and then it isn't as fun.

Love this 2 player set! Problem is that mom and dad quickly took them over to join in the fun. We'll definitely be ordering another set plus lots of refills - makes for a lot of family fun!

My son got this toy and loves it. He is 8. The gun works almost too well in my opinion. The darts shoot really fast. I always make sure he keeps the safety glasses on while playing (they are included in with the guns). My son loves to play with these with his friends/family. Now that it is winter, and it has to be played inside, I always make sure any smaller children are out of the way. This toy is not meant for children under 5 and it is hard for smaller children to understand why they can't play. My only change would be that the gun didn't shoot so hard(it hurts if you ever get hit with the darts).

I got this about a year ago. i love it. I was suprised about how far the darts go and how well they stick to the vest. it is annoying having to pull the lever back every time you want to fire. However my biggest problem is that as you run around tagging people the darts that miss get steped on and after a while woln't fire from the gun. So buy some extra ammo and have fun.
