Magic Guitar
This was bought for my 2 year old grandson and he loves playing it. I was really shocked because my severely disabled daughter even managed to play with it. She doesn't have much control over her body but she managed to kick it with her feet and get it to play. She would do this over and over, it was wonderful. I would definitely purchase this again.

Hasbro Guitar
I got this for my baby daughter who is really into music. I was pretty disappointed with this item as it doesn't really do much. The fact that she has barely played with it is a pretty good indicator that she's doesn't like it. There is nothing educational about it and nothing to really discover for kids. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I purchased this for my twin 4 year old boys and they are not really happy with it. They rec'd another guitar with more buttons and interactivity which seems to be a bigger hit. But I would recommend this for younger children. It has great music and is quite durable.

Kinda loud, kinda obnoxious. What do you expect from a toy electric guitar?
Good for 3-4 year olds. My nephew can play "Whole lotta love" on it. Not really, he thinks he is though!

Got this for my 3 year old daughter, who was fascinated with her friend's Sleeping Beauty guitar. Good toy for the price. Can't figure out the "magic" part - it plays whether you "strum" or not, just push the button and it goes through five songs, then stops until button is pushed again. Defective? Well, she loves it so no matter! No volume control (put tape over the speaker) and no off switch so those are the negs.

I bought this for my almost 3-year old for Christmas, and he really enjoyed it. My six-year old also enjoys it. It's one of those toys that gets played with for awhile and then set aside and "rediscovered" a few months later.
