This is the most awesome toy that I've seen in a while. My 7-year old son got it for his birthday. He had to take it away from his Daddy on more than one occassion. It starts out as StarScream and then easily turns into an impressive gun that shoots spongy bullets. The guys in my house love it!

My son adores the Transformers Starscream Barrell Roll Blaster. He wants to take it everywhere with him -- it's just too big for that!!

My son is 6 years old and loves Transformers. This was so easy to use right out of the box and he thought it was so cool that it looked like a hand holding the rockets. The missles shoot really far too which was exciting. One of his favorite toys for Christmas, but was not even close to the most expensive. Lots of fun for the money.

My son saw this toy at a friend's house and fell in love with it. I found that Amazon had the best price around so I purchased it for him. It is really a FUN toy if your boy is into Transformers and guns. It easily converts from an airplane to a gun, no skills or adjustments needed. I like that the toy is sturdy and looks like it WILL last (I just bought it so I can't asses on its longevity that is why I gave it 4 stars for durability). It is made of all hard plastic. Also, the mechanism for the gun works great. It doesn't get stuck, like a Nerf gun I just bought for my son. Take into consideration that this Transformer gun is a large toy, I would say for 5 year and older. Have fun!

These are great fun. They are extremely durable, and very easy to use. We own both starscream and optimus prime and these are a fan-favorite with the kids, plus the dad. I would recommend these to any transformer fan.

I bought this toy for my son for Christmas of '07. I ended up buying the Transformer's Big Rig as well....same concept of turning into a gun from a semi-truck....because he's got a younger brother that I was sure would play "guns" with him. My older son was almost five, and it was a little heavy for him...but it was waaaay too heavy for my three year old. To tell you the truth, I'm not even sure what the age range is for this toy, but if you are thinking about getting it for a child under 4, it might be best to wait. It is VERY easy to transfor the toy from gun to vehicle though! I love that! I get tired of kids coming to me with transformers and want ME to do it for them! The only downfall with this toy is the bulletts. They are foam with a rubbery tip. If you have kids in the house that are small....they will bite them all up! So I have to put the bullets up when my 2 year old is in the room. She'll pick them up and put her little teeth marks in them and ruin them! It IS a fun toy overall!

The kids love this toy. The foam missiles make a faint sound as they are traveling through the air. The only con (as opposed to pros) we've run into is that the missiles can very easily become lost if playing in too chaotic a situation.

I'd love to be able to buy replacement missiles.

This is a great transformer toy for the young child or those who have difficulty with motor skills or other disabilities. It is much larger than we expected and very easy to transform. The lever is a bit difficult to pull back to launch the foam missles. The handle is in a nice location for carrying. My 5 year old son loves it. Great price for what it is. We plan to purchase more as gifts.

This is a really fun toy. BUT if your dog should happen to eat a dart and maybe you lose a couple playing and then the fourth dart gets stuck on the roof, you can never use the toy again.

They do not make or sell replacement darts anywhere. I searched everywhere in town, then online, then I wrote the company. No dice.

I did find a site that told how to make your own darts, but come on, you should be able to buy replacements somewhere. Plus only the original 4 will "scream" when you shoot them.

We bought one for each son, and now one boy still has two darts and the other has none. Not much fun. Just a big fight, really.
