1.0 out of 5 stars Sucky!, April 27, 2006
A Kid's Review
= Durability:1.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:2.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:1.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: VuGo Multimedia System (Toy)
Do not buy this toy! I made the mistake of doing so and it cost me a whopping 100 dollars!!!! The picture quality was disturbingly sad. It is very blocky and I couldn't even make out the people!! The toy has very little memory [only about 30 minutes at highest quality] and it froze on me while I was recording! I was so mad I returned it as fast as I could to get my precious money back. Even though I got a value pack that included a case the toy is still now worth it! Do not buy this toy and even if you have return it now!

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointment, January 29, 2006
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:1.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: VuGo Multimedia System (Toy)
As my fourteen year old son was exploring what he wanted for Christmas, he thought about an MP3 player, a PSP OR this Vugo. He decided upon the Vugo and I was able to find it on "sale" at a local merchant. Please, Save your Money ! The Vugo must have four "AAA" batteries, and as much electricity as this "toy" uses, you better invest another $20 - $30 in rechargeable batteries or a constant supply of "AAA" batteries. This Vugo does not come with a charger or a power supply. Now, as for the quality of sound and image, it is extremely poor. I do suppose you do get what you pay for, but at a $100. I would expect more. I rated this "toy" 3 stars for educational value, because it did educate my son on how to use the "toy". For the most part I would advise saving the $100. and investing another $160. into a PSP (more "bang for your buck"). Better yet, how about an Ipod or MP3 player for about $100. I got this toy for my son for Christmas, he used it all of a whopping three times and now it sits, unused, a month after Christmas. :( Unless you want to just "lose" $100. pass on this Vugo.

1.0 out of 5 stars The worst toy of 2005 and 2006, July 3, 2006
This review is from: VuGo Multimedia System (Toy)
I brought the vugo for my son on Christmas and it was surprising to to know that the most costful present would be the one that gave the worst face . It did not even work . When I call Hasbro the maker they tld me that I could not get a new one because there are none at the manufaturing . PLEASE DO NOT NOT BUY THIS PROUDUT IT IS JUST A DISAPOINTMENT TO SEE IN YOUR CHILDS FACE.
