I know that Anne Roos meant for this collection of music to be used as wedding music, but I listen to it all the time. The music is just beautiful, peaceful and calming. I fell in love with the song Star of the County Down from hearing it on the website [...] and knew I just had to check out this harpist. The accompanying book is delightful as well with the artwork and information but it's the music that sets it apart. If you like harp music then you MUST check out this CD and Anne Roos' other music as well. You won't be disappointed! If I had to sum this up in two words ~ Absolutely Delightful!

I bought this CD for use at our son's wedding this fall and plan to give it to him and his bride as a keepsake afterward. As stated in my review title, the music is perfectly delightful! I could not have found more beautiful music for the couple's Scottish wedding ceremony.

This is beautiful wedding music! There are recipes for tea and cakes in the album along with lovely Irish toasts and explanations of traditions. The music is so romantic and the people who play it, play it to perfection. I cannot wait for future albums from Anne! Bravo, Anne Roos! This is truly a masterpiece.

I recently got married and I wish I had this CD then. It is so beautiful and I know my guests would have enjoyed it. I really love traditional Irish and Scottish music. I am happy I have added this to my music library.

We used the "Haste to the Wedding" CD for our wedding ceremony in June 2008. We played tracks 1, 10, and 17 for the bridal party entrance, bride entrance, and the recessional. The music was enchanting and created the perfect mood for our ceremony. I would recommend Anne Roos' CDs to anybody planning a wedding...or enjoys celtic harp music, for that matter!

anne roos has some delightful music for any occasion, and weddings are no exception. this original and creative combo of celtic wedding customs and music is an original tidbit as a wedding or shower gift that will be appreciated for years. anne doesnt disapoint. this deserves a 5 star rating.
