A Hat for Every Head. Hat Shop (compiled by Susanne Woods) is the newest addition to the Stash Books Design Collective series that showcases the work of selected contemporary designers. You'll find hats for babies, children, women, and men from playful to practical and from sassy to sophisticated. The book features 25 hats from designers around the world, including the patterns and detailed instructions to make all of them. Each was hand-picked for its freshly sewn flair and skilled millinery work. (Sew Stylish Magazine, Spring 2013, 02/08/13)

The instructions are good, with step by step pictures for most of them. My major complaint is that there was only one photo of the finished hat for each project, and some of them would have benefited from multiple views to help with the construction and to give a better idea of what the finished hat would look like.
This book does not explain traditional millinery techniques, and is NOT a good technical reference for a beginner milliner. However, I would recommend beginning milliners to get it out of their local library as a look book for ideas for shapes and embellishment and use of fabrics.
