Format: Audio CD
This single is a brief, conceited sumation of one of the few bands to provoke the modern garage-rock resurgence, alongside the White Stripes, the Strokes, and the Vines. Unlike the aformentioned artists, who modestly stay shy of the spotlight, however, these deonaire Swedes known as the Hives take every moment to grasp the mainstream and wring it dry of its monotony with this vital breakthrough, "Hate to Say I Told You So." "Die, All Right," the third single from the vital punk-rock salvation LP, "Veni Vidi Vicious," is also featured, as is the previously unreleased instrumental track, "The Hives are Law, You are Crime," which is surprisingly less up-tempo.

Hate to Say...is a really great song, arguabably their best.
Whoever had the balls to say that Ace of Bass is better than these guys has no idea what real music is and never will.
