This is a very gifted book created through the channelings of Tom Kenyon an exciting individual in his own right. The Hathors explain the emotional body and the healing of places in our hearts and mind through their knowledge. The work is an adventure into why we feel the way we do and how to make changes in ways that seem right the minute you read it. The Hathors are fifth demensional beings that have answers for you and the planet, they communicate through sound vibration and the information is awesome. I have given this book to more people than I can count. I leave it on the night stand for visitors and often they tell me they stayed up all night reading it. It's a keeper and a must have. If you have never heard of it probably the readers have it tucked away in a special place for their own use...For an adventure in spirit...Buy It!

"The Hathors" are a collective entity of 10 beings - from a 4th dimensional civilization of several million - who have interest in bringing this particular body of information to us, as they believe it will assist us with ascension. Having been through the process themselves, they recognize that it is not easy and wish to help. They originally come from another universe but have relocated to Venus. They've been in touch with humans since about 10,000 BC. In ancient Egypt they were perceived as the goddess Hathor/Hator, and were the originators (instigators, whatever) of much of the Egyptian mystery school knowledge.

The book is written as a Q&A with Virginia Essene as the questioner (Tom Kenyon channels Hathor). I found it well organized and well written. They give a lot of interesting general material, but they also give 6 specific exercises which are designed to strengthen your Ka (the pranic energy body around your physical body) and stabilize your emotional body. The exercises generally have to do with pulling earth and celestial energy into your pranic tube (which runs down the middle of your body) and then doing something else...like feeling your heart center, or locating where in your body an emotion is being held, or something like that. Conceptually the exercises are very simple, but in practice they won't be easy unless you're one of those lucky people who are good at sensing subtle energies (I'm not, but I've always been told such exercises are working even if you're not yet sensing anything, and eventually you do sense something if you persist long enough).

I'm an avid reader of spiritual material, and I can't say the majority of the material in this book was new to me. However, the unique presentation - and in some cases, a bit of new explanation or history - made this a really worthwhile read. Even with that aside, it would be worth purchasing just for the exercises.

One of the most profoundly enlightening books I have yet to read. It's been over four years since I last read it, and through a series of personal synchronicities I've been called to read it again. Each time you do, you gleam something new from the information. Seems you can only absorb what you are ready to understand.

If you've been called to this amazon page, know there is some part of you that can benefit from the Hathors' teachings. I highly recommend doing the exercises if you feel the calling to, as they are life changing.

That's both physically and developmentally. This book was requested by the Hathors, beings from a non-material universe, who are here to assist us in our ascension. In the past they worked through the mystery schools in ancient Egypt. Pictures of their likeness from temples in this time period are on the cover and inside the book.

In this book, they explain concepts, followed by a Q & A with the co-author. The Hathors also give exercises we can do to raise our ka (energy) and our awareness. A CD also comes with the book. It contains more information plus two meditations.

The information is excellent. Anyone who has studied spiritualism will find the same concepts, but they do offer a unique perspective we do not get from most spiritual teachers in this 3D world. (And, anyone who is 16 feet tall and has a sense of humor definitely has my attention.) Being experts in sound and harmonics, their insight into our world, our bodies and our unrealized capabilities was fascinating.

If there is any negative, it is that some of the questions appeared to be for the co-author's benefit as a healer, and not necessarily relevant to most readers. But hey, it's her book, and the Hathors are also healers, so who better to ask? Since they do have a sense of humor, you just have to wonder if the "pull my finger" joke works in non-physical reality.

This book was amazingly helpful to me in remembering much of what I had forgotten from my own past lives on Venus and in Ancient Egypt. For that I am very grateful.

Luminous Blessings to Tom Kenyon who had the courage of his convictions and stuck his neck out to begin telling the people of Earth about his contact with The Hathors back in the 1980's. This was very courageous, and I honor his bravery and salute his integrity in bringing this important information to humanity.

The Hathors you may know of from Egyptology are thought to be metaphoric manifestations with cow like ears but the Hathors in Tom Kenyon's book are intergalactic beings who have ascended and are now speaking to us. They have grown through similar experiences as we grow through but they are much farther along and they want to provide information to help us through the perils we now face. The book is filled with techniques that anybody can do that lead toward personal spiritual growth. If you are inclined to open your mind and your heart you will have an enlightening experience that you will not regret. I used to be very skeptical and I reserve that disposition yet the Hathors have profoundly affected me and my concept of who and what we are.

After listening to Claire Heartsong on You tube channeling some Hathor's chanting with a singing bowl I chose to read their book again.

The information on it reaffirms what other authors have said regarding humanity transformation from worms to larvae and eventually to fully blown butterflies, which really make you feel good about our immediate future.

The Hathors, a group of humans from the future who say they are 15 feet tall and with ears that resemble those of cows, have turned out to be really much evolved people with a good sense of humor.

They claim they are from another universe and that teleported here by invitation from Sanat Kumara, a highly advanced Venusian Master of forever. They say they came through a portal near the star system Sirius of constellation Canis Mayor eventually arriving on our blue/green Earth via planet Venus.

This channeled information is able to encourage the reader to appreciate the magnitude and the positive power of high-quality sound to harmonize your mind and body, and to accelerate your spiritual evolution.

What a great find. The Hathors have some incredible teachings for all to tap into, to excel as Humans (hu -light, man- mind).

I could not put this book down. If you have interest in the early Egyptian schools of initiation, vibrational healing, or practices to build your energy, you will be fascinated by the teachings of the Hathors.
