Although paranormal media seems to be over saturated with the subject of haunted objects right now, this book contains stories and facts I haven't seen anywhere else. It's obvious the authors did an extensive amount of research before writing this book. I really enjoyed reading it and found the stories and experiences in it very engaging. It's one of those books that ends before you are ready to finish reading it! A must-read for anyone interested in the topic of haunted objects or the paranormal. I can't wait to read their next collaboration!

Haunted Objects: Stories of Ghosts on Your Shelf is a must have for anyone interested in the paranormal, or just someone looking for a good shiver.

From haunted dolls to the every day mundane objects like a filing cabinet, here in these pages you'll find first hand accounts and retellings of everyday people whose lives are changed when an object in their life turns out to be more than what it seems. The stories will give you a chill. In a time when the art of telling a ghost story is lost to the paranormal tv shows and want of proof, it is nice to see Balzano and Weisberg turn a tale that will titillate you. Adding their own stories to the mix makes them even more relatable.

Enjoy the stories! I certainly did.

Don't let the price deter you as it it worth every penny! I looked inside, read the free sample, and was hooked and downloaded the ebook soon thereafter and read it in a few days. Try the Free Sample!! You'll be glad you did!!

The information is invaluable! "Avoid dolls of any size or age, stay away from yard sales, and put anything you inherit in a safety deposit box. And Especially stay away from dolls at yard sales."

"Silverware is among common household items that can hold trapped energy which can lead to a residual haunting."

"Many people believe ghosts can't rest until cherished items get into the hands of loved ones which helps to explain why heirlooms, such as watches, can be associated with paranormal activity."

I highly recommend this ebook if you're interested in staying safe from haunted objects and keeping at bay paranormal activity. This ebook will give you the reader a good understanding of what to do and not to do. The photographs were added value!

Here is an update; Haunted By The Things You LoveJohn Zaffis (Author), Rosemary Ellen Guiley (Author)

If you like reading these types of ebooks then I highly recommend the following:

13 Chilling TalesEdwin Becker has experience with the paranormal and there's a lot of truth in these 13 stories. The 14th story which is free is totally true. Be careful what you bring home from the antique store!

First, I'll begin by giving the seller my personal thank you on such a great transaction! I must admit that I do love a good "scary" story, however, always one to approach the paranormal with an attitude of there being a scientific reason, hoax or just another fabricated, exaggerated "story." Then this book found its way into my library....I'm at a point now of being sold on another dimension which can be a very reasonably believable! Great collection of "brushes" with the unknown!

Tis the season for thrills and chills, so what better way to get some than reading a book like Haunted Objects, especially since it contains real-life stories of things most everyone has in their home? I expected this book to be goofy, and there is definitely some of that, but I was surprised by how genuinely creepy some of these stories are, like the ones about the evil masks and anything having to do with dolls and Ouija boards, and also how uplifting a few others are, like the stories about the St. Christopher medal and heart-shaped amethyst. But as someone who frequents thrift stores and antiques shops, the biggest underlying spooky factor for me is that I could easily one day buy something that has a spirit attached to it, the thought of which is an equal mix of cool and creepy.

I purchased this for my Kindle Fire after watching the podcast, "30 Odd Minutes" with Christoper Balzano and Tim Weisberg (Mission 102). A very interesting read which, to my amazement, included common items that I would have never thought would be "haunted!" The book is divided into eight sections with photos and links (e-reader version) to referenced websites. If you want to know more about famous and not-so-famous haunted dolls, mirrors, clothing, documents and more, then this is the book for you.

And don't forget that when you go visit Robert in Key West, follow the rules or you may learn why "Robert did it!"
