5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome! June 2, 2011
Format:Paperback
This book is a priceless tool for exploring the unknown in Illinois. It not only includes the most haunted places in Illinois, it also informs the reader about the different folktales of the state as well. The author has actually visited every site in his book, which is a plus, and detailed directions are available as well. The book is written in a great format that breaks up the state geographically and by county. This is not only for those that live in Illinois, since the book is informative for anyone interested in the paranormal. If you would like a great summer read and a wonderful guide to visit these spots, this book is indispensable on your journeys across the Land of Lincoln. Happy trails!

5.0 out of 5 stars Ghost Hunting Roadmap June 11, 2011
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
I just received this book a few days ago and have already read through it. While it is a quick read don't mistake that for no information. I really like the fact that Mike includes directions on where to find the locations that are in the book. I also like how he breaks the state into parts and then those parts by counties. I know my team will be planning several road trips based on what is in this book.
