About the Author
Raised predominately as a vegetarian, Heather Antonelli recalls her first taste of veal at the age of twenty-one, while visiting relatives in Rome, Italy, and she's never looked back. An accomplished designer and "culinary explorer", Heather enjoys feeding and entertaining any and all who pass through her kitchen. When not at home cooking and entertaining, she can be found globetrotting in search of new inspiration. She spends several months of the year traveling the world for work and for pleasure and always takes time to search out the local "flavors" in markets, home kitchens and restaurants. Heather grew up in New York and North Carolina, and currently calls Brooklyn, NY home.
