Book Description

June 1, 2000
An interactive book focusing on organizational and personal leadership. Premise of the book: No commercial airplane pilot can leave the ground without first filing a flight plan including destination and direction. I consult with many organizations and people who leave the runway without either destination or direction and only 1/4 tank of fuel. There is a more excellent strategy.

Special Bonus: "Have You Filed Your Flight Plan?" Screen saver of leadership quotations.

By A Customer
This review is from: Have You Filed Your Flight Plan? Leadership: Destination and Direction (Paperback)
A uniquely interactive book on organizational and personal leadership. The book is refreshingly insighful and wonderfully practical.

The complimentary web based tools for the book are easy to use. I appreciate the ideas from other leadership flight plans, the template to print off my customized plan, and the screen saver that I downloaded from the authors's web-site.
