I have to agree that saying same positive things and thoughts out loud everyday will eventually let anyone's brain get used to it and so you will be able to be in control of your mind. The mantras in this book are very helpful and I believe if I try them, I will also have a healthy mind.

What an incredible book. At first I found it difficult to believe that it was possible to alter or change your brain, however having read the book I fully believe this to be the case. The book is broken down into five different sessions which build up your visualisation techniques and enable you to maintain a healthy brain.
I've always struggled with visualisation but section 1 made this at much easier task than it's ever been before. The following sections build on that and make visualisation not just visual or eye practice but a more holistic practice.
Following the five sections there are a number of other techniques that can be applied, one of my personal favourites was the cancel technique which I have already found very useful.

Incredibly impressed by this book... Never underestimate how your brain responds to your own conscious feedback. Physical sickness is POWERFULLY connected to your mental and emotional state, your beliefs, your attitude, self-control, etc... You can train your mind to manifest, project AND attract what you want out of yourself and your life. Mind-body connection and extreme self-awareness will change you for life -- and if conscious / subconscious programming is still a foreign idea to you, start off with this book and have an open mind to the exercises.
