Seam rippers aren't something one would normally review but this is a good one. I probably have a hundred plastic handled rippers that do everthing BUT rip out the threads. They're better at poking holes in the fabric than anything else. Especially those with a fat blade.

This one however is slim like a razor blade and slides between those seams like "buttah". Its a sharpie for sure and if you're not careful you'll nick one of your fingers with it.

I'm a quilter and we all are either real good at ripping out seams or we waste a lot of good fabric. :-) Its much cheaper to rip 'em out for sure.

I'd hold this one up against any other seam ripper i've had in the past. PLUS an added bonus--replacement blades!
