Great short (1-2 page) articles about people's experiences in awakening to a spiritual experience. Lots of variety. Just a pleasant read. Could be especially helpful to any one struggling to find a God of their understanding.

This book is a compilation of writings from Al-Anon members around the world on the subject of spirituality in its various forms. It includes pieces from several continents, and it has a lot of different slants on the topic. It's undogmatic and inclusive, and it has a lot of appealing contributions from unique individuals. The format mirrors the subject. While it's not a glossy book, it is laid out with plenty of white space and some nice graphics. It's an invitation for the reader to contemplate his or her own spiritual experience. It's simple, direct, and unaffected.

The Al-anon program offers spiritual books focused to help co-dependant partners grow into their own individuality. All of their material is the best found in this area of focus. This book is more spiritually oriented rather than tools for the co-dependant person. This book offers more spiritual, emotional support, and self-esteem to support that maturity you are seeking.

The contents of the book is set up like little short stories. I read it daily as I have read all of it and picked my favorite readings. It makes for great discussions in group meetings.
I was disapointed in the condition of the book upon arrival. The seller stated no writting or markings inside and I found that to be untrue.
