Ten of Hawai‘i’s top celebrity chefs are featured in The Hawai‘i’s Kitchen Cookbook — Chef’s Edition, the first in a series of companion cookbooks released by Watermark Publishing. The books will highlight Island chefs and other notable cooks who appear weekly on the KHON2 program "Hawai‘i’s Kitchen," hosted by Brickwood Galuteria.
Besides offering a behind-the-scenes look at the popular five-year-old show, The Hawai‘i’s Kitchen Cookbook — Chef’s Edition includes nearly 100 recipes from Island restaurants, from Alan Wong’s Truffle Poke to George Mavrothalassitis’ Papillote of Kumu.
