Whoever thought of the sensor attachment cable hookup with the device knows little about needing total connection without worrying about having it work loose in a moving pitching and rolling boat- Why when I connect the sensor wire to the device should I have to worry about "SEATING" it firm enough- all I should have to do is connect the male fitting to the device and twist it to LOCK it in place- I am SO sick and tired of having to reseat it while I am fishing- YUCK- Why couldn't they used a BNC connector even - that would have been better than what they use now-
Otherwise its a GREAT system- Why couldn't they have included a temp sensor too- duh- its just a thermocouple sensor- and a little more programming- Duh
I am going to a hummingbird buddy I think

This is the bomb for float / pontoon fishing, works great and has the best battery life. Five star! Recommended.

I bought this as a back up for my boats depth finder. It works OK but I got my installed depth finder fixed.
