Technical rather than tactical,

This review is from: Hawker Hurricane: From 1935 to 1945 (Paperback)
This 82 page book contains a tremendous amount of technical information on the different Hurricane variants, including the seldom covered naval Sea Hurricanes. In addition to more than 185 color profiles, there are also forty photographs and six line drawings covering all of the various marks and models. There is little or no operational history or combat evaluation in this book.
My only complaint is that the line drawings and their captions are printed in gray rather than black ink and in a VERY small typeface that makes them very difficult to read. |
