I think the reviews of the other site have quite exahustively mentioned the glories of this recording, which in my opinion, have set the standards for the 21st century recording of the work, in terms of performance and clarity of recording.

Check out this budget 2-CD release which offers great explanatory notes by the doyen of commentary writers, Jeremy Siepmann and translations of the text.

The Chorus I sing with is preparing this for concert in March. The recording is an excellent performance. Although our director has a different interpretation of the piece, it is a great way to immerse oneself in the Glory of Haydn's Creation.
