To begin, price on 12/3/11 was $22.38

This album from Hayley Westenra is even better that the first and I can't wait for the third. My favorites are ' and ''''''' which are the proper names. Hope Amazon displays the Japanese characters correctly...

And just as a FYI, if you are looking for this in the library it's not available unless you are in Japan at one of the national libraries or near one library in Oregon, the name of which has slipped my mind. However they won't lend it to another library not even through Inter Library Loan, the Illiad program, or through the ALA. Trust me, I tried.

While this is a very pleasant album, I'm happy with my purchase, but some of the songs seem like rejects from the first HSJS album. Which isn't too surprising. The title IS "Hayley Sings Japanese Songs #2"!
There really are a few great songs on here (depending on taste). Like, "Love Love Love", "Mikazuki", "Cosmos" and "Itsumo Nando Demo"(Though the English lyrics sound silly). "Flower" is a fun upbeat song! There are almost two lovely lullabies: "Warabigami"(the 'almost' lullaby) and "Nemunoki No Komoriuta"(A 'real' lullaby written by the Empress Michiko of Japan)

The 11 music tracks on the CD are quite lovely to listen to. All the track titles are in Japanese characters, as I don't read Japanese this makes naming most tracks dificult. Track #5 has an english title, "LOVE, LOVE, LOVE". Tracks #1 through 10 have English lyrics performed by Hayley, track #11 is in Japanese also performedby Hayley, all very beautiful. An extraordinary work.
