delivered broken twice,

The light was delivered broken. Amazon was great about replacing it. The second light was delivered with a broken bulb (aprox. a $40.00 item). Since I had to get light fixed asap as weather was getting colder, I did not have time to send the second one back and hope the third one would arrive unbroken. I ended up keeping the light and replacing the bulb at an extra cost to me.
I feel the product was not packed correctly as nowhere on the outside box was the word fragile written nor any indication that the box contained a glass product. The price at Amazon for the light was actually about 1/3 cheaper than local. It works. |
