Gary Duncan has fifteen years experience as a trainer and facilitator. Gary has provided presentations, workshops, and seminar all over the southwest and has had the opportunity to work with executives, managers, front-line employees in a wide range of industries and local, state and federal agencies. Gary incorporates practical knowledge obtained from his own leadership, management, and consulting experience into the design and development of each manual that he writes. 20+ years in construction starting as a laborer to obtaining a Commercial/Residential Contractors license in Arizona, 4 years in the electronic manufacturing safety (Motorola & Micro Chip), 20 years as a safety professional (includes OSHA compliance officer), 8 years as a firefighter/paramedic and 6 years as a flight paramedic, 12 years as a teacher at Gateway Community College - Phoenix AZ., 15 years as an Arizona licensed Private Investigator and OSHA expert witness, 6 years in the film industry as a producer/director, 5 years as a Risk Manager/Loss Control Coordinator/Safety Officer in municipal government. Currently the Risk Manager and Fire Department Health and Safety Officer for the Town of Queen Creek and a member of the AMRRP Board of Trustees and active member of the AGSA.
