This silver plated trumpet has been designed in the U.S. and features nothing but quality craftsmanship--including thick course valve casing threads, nickel-lead pipe, nickel slides, and rubber seals. To further enhance this product, Hazelton has bundled a high quality carrying case for each instrument in the Primus Series. Each case designed to custom fit its respective instrument comfortably and securely.

not worth the money,

This horn is typical of what I have read about cheap imports. I should have paid more attention, but the trumpet looked well made, and I thought I would give it a try. Well, I couldn't believe how bad it worked. The tones were inconsistent, and a couple of notes actually sounded like there was fluid in the horn. I would play a note, and as I hit it, it would blip, as if I was trying to make a ta-da sound. Otherwise, it was well made, as far as I could tell, but a little heavy. I told the seller I wanted to return it. They said there would be a 25% fee because it was used. I told them I just tried it out of the box, and repacked it. after all, you have to try-out an instrument. They wouldn't relent until Amazon stepped in and offered a full return on my purchase. I have used Amazon many times, and this is the first return I had to make. Amazon proved that they do indeed back-up merchandise that is bought through them. Thanks again to a great company.

timely arrival, happy and surprised everything I need to begin my studies, and when Im ready for my 1st performance I got a pair of gloves also included if needed, Good for a student and the price for my money was GREAT in fact I went back on line after it arrived to get one for a friend she was thinking of trying to play and was unable to purchase for the same price recomend for anyone just starting out

ive had this horn for a few months, and its the best trumpet ive owned, though i have always gotten them used. easy to play, fast valves, its a little light, and the high notes do not pack as much of a punch as i would have liked, but a nice trumpet none the less.
