If you are using a low-end or "cheap" HDMI cable, or are using a HDMI cable that came free with your electronics product you owe it to yourself to upgrade to this superior quality Sosa cable. It has ferrite beads for noise filtering and has superior quality contruction, right up there with the "Monster" brand but without the higher price. I hooked the new SOSA HDMI cable between the HDMI output of my Motorola Cable Box and the HDMI input of my Sony BRAVIA XBR Series KDL-46XBR9 46-Inch 1080p 240Hz LCD HDTV, Black and noticed an immediate difference in picture clarity, sharpness, brightness and detail. This makes sense since the Motorola CATV box came with a $2.00 low-specification HDMI cable. I highly recommend the purchase of this SOSA cable. It is so good I am going to get one for my Blu Ray player and also for my computer monitor. This SOSA cable is also "future proof" since it is HDMI version 1.3c rated. Happy viewing!
