This memorial is well done, with many of Steve's closest friends and some family members. His daughter Bindi, did a wonderful tribute to his life making promises to keep up his work. Also, his father Bob spoke a fine speech. His wife is shown holding their two year old son in the bleachers, but does not speak during the memorial. I was deeply moved by this, and all who loved Steve will feel the same. This is a wonderful DVD, but not for entertainment, per say. It is after all, a memorial service. Steve will dearly be missed by millions. His best friends, and his zoo keepers are in this DVD, along with some of the entertainment world such as, Russell Crowe, Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake, Kelly Ripa, and many others making their tributes to Steve. It is worth watching.

This is still shocking to me!!! Just two months later and it seems like yesterday. I thought the service was just plain tasteful and everyone involved spoke and acted from the heart, like another reviewer said, this is not for entertainment, but I will be holding on to this as a keepsake and a piece of history. There will never be another like him, we all love you and miss you Steve!!!!

I was lucky enough to see this at the time and it was so moving, so well done for the time given and so full of love it is worth every penny..oh speaking of, the money goes to the Wildlife Warriors so you can't lose and what a gift he still gives for conservation even thru his death. His daughter is his living tribute; His wife, Terri is strength and his little son, Robert, a croc hunter in training! Crocs Rule!!!!

I'm still hurting from losing this great man. He was a hero to me. There isn't much I can say except that I will always remember him. If you missed the airing of this hour long program on animal planet then buy this. I've taped it and watched it many times. It's a great way to honor a hero. And he did truly change our world. Something only a handfull of people manage to do. He left the world knowing he made a difference. Good on you mate!!!! B

If you love animals, and you have watched Steve, Teri, Bindi, Bob Irwin, then you MUST get this wonderful Tribute dvd. You will cry, you will smile, you will be so glad there was a man (and his family) who love animals so much, who want to eduate people to save them. Steve, you are missed so much.!!!

I grew up watching steve on discovery he had an incredible ability to get your attention and keep you glued to his every move i still cant believe hes gone i liked tuning in to his show it was always fun and uplifting i think of him now as an inspiration to millions of people all over the world he will never be forgotten.

Having watched the memorial on tv when it first aired, I was delighted to see that it had been released on DVD with the royalties going to Wildlife Warriors. The service was beautiful, filled with memories from his friends and family, as well as music that expressed just who he was. The animals who were present during the service were calm and subdued, as though they knew just whom they were honoring.

The personal interview on the DVD are clips from "Confessions of the Crocodile Hunter", a special aired on Animal Planet back in 2004. The clips are short and sweet, though I wish they would have alloted more time for when Steve and Terri talk about meeting each other and their marriage, as well as the birth of their two children...and Steve's explanation of how he wanted Bindi and Bob to take over for him. Those were such tender and sweet moments from the special that would have fit so wonderfully on the DVD, but were cut. Also added to the interview section was the last story of Sui, Steve's dog, taken from an episode of The Crocodile Hunter show. I feel it was a wonderful touch to have his ENTIRE family a part of this DVD, including Sui, who was so important to him.

This is a wonderful addition and time honoring memory for any Steve Irwin fan. It's also an inspiration to young and old alike about the importance of changing the world not just for ourselves, but for the glorious wildlife as well.

This memorial service is a very touching and beautiful tribute to Steve Irwin. I debated for a while whether I wanted to buy something that would make me cry when I watch it, but I went ahead and there are no regrets. It is definitely not something you watch for entertaiment, but it is truly inspirational, plus the purcahse of this DVD supports The Wildlife Warriors Worldwide established by Steve and Terri. The highlight of the memorial service for me is Bindi Irwin's touching tribute to her father.

The bonus feature includes interviews with Steve, his family, and his best mate Wes Mannion. A longer segment is devoted to the life and death of Steve's dog Sui. The entire bonus feature lasts 24 minutes and includes some rare footage.

This DVD is so fantastic and what a wonderful tribute to a Great Man! My child is a huge fan of Steve Irwin and this Tribute DVD is the "most watched" DVD in our house.
