Tadpoles - 'He Fell Into The Sky' (Bakery Records),
By
This review is from: He Fell Into The Sky (Audio CD)
Actually, it's the Tadpole's second CD. As I listened to all ten of this disc's tracks I saw that they were all penned by band member guitarist Todd Parker - except for their well-done cover of Spacemen 3's "Mary Anne". As the matter of fact, I thought that 'He Fell Into The Sky' in general reminded me of Spacemen 3 (some of it anyway). Other notable tunes were "Snapper", "Butterfly", "Iguana" and the wailing "Trips And Visits". Well worth checking out.
