Good quality construction, don't see this one falling apart like my old nylon one. Although that being said my old nylon one was a lot more comfortable and didn't rub my head/ears raw like this leather one does. I use with a towel and that seems to help. I wish a little more thought about comfort was taken into consideration though.

4 stars for quality, -1 for comfort.

The neck harness is really well made, good strong stitching. I have a little head so it slips around a little bit but with a beanie on and weight on the chains it stays in place pretty well. and you want to wear a beanie anyway because the leather will rub against your ears. The weight plates i've been using have the small holes and the chain fits through just fine.

It's amazing how strengthening my neck has helped all my other lifting. My bench press has jumped by 20 kg. Also you want to start with light weights and as you add heavier weights make sure to stay in the 12-20 rep range or you can injure your neck.

Overall a Great Product!!!

The description says new but it came with some odd marks that looked a little dirty but overall it was okay. The dirt/marks were probably from poor storage and handling at the warehouse or something.
