Great Racquet, March 30, 2011

I bought this racquet 3 years back for around $200. I had owned couple of generic 'walmart' Wilson racquets before - not to say that generic racquests are bad, but there comes a point when you want a specialist racquet that takes it to the next level. Going through the reviews and comparing against my playing style, I settled with this one. And I am happy with it. This racquet is everything it claims to be. Noteably light weight, bigger sweet spot, and looks cool too.
However, couple of complaints I have are:
1) Requires more frequent re-stringing than my previous racquets - I don't know if it is because my game changed or due to design (larger head) of this racquet, but quality strining ain't cheap.
2) Shock absorber sucks. It is built into the racquet frame and comes out quite easily. They could have made it better.
However, relatively speaking, I have least amount of complaints with this racquet (compared to 5-6 other Wilson, Prince racquets I have palyed with) and I highly recommend it if it suits your style.
