My hair stylist got me hooked on this stuff! I had short hair with a lot of texture and layering, and Shine Junkie worked perfectly for me. I could straighten or curl my short hair with my little straightening iron, and with just a little bit of Shine Junkie, my hair would stay styled all day long. Best of all, my hair didn't feel crispy or crunchy like some products would do, nor did it 'flake' like those old hairsprays would do. With Shine Junkie my hair felt SOFT and LIGHT. The item comes out of the can like the old cheese whiz stuff, so it's not messy. No pumps, no squeezing of a tube, no more getting crap in your nails scooping out of a tub. I highly recommend this item to anybody out there!

As for finding it in stores, you'll find it in beauty product stores but it isn't as common as some of the other Bed Head products... plus it's expensive if you buy it at those places. I highly recommend purchasing online. When I bought it from a beauty store, I paid about $18 for one can. I was able to buy it online on ebay for about $13.

Shine Junkie is the best. Works for flat iron protection and styling. Hair always feels soft, not weighted down. Cannot find in stores, maybe they are replacing with another product, too bad this is gold in a silver can.
