The Perfect Match Game for Puzzle Lovers

180 Ultra is easy to learn in a short time, but it's also deep enough to challenge the most hardcore puzzle-game players. Fans of classic games such as Tetris Attack and Bust-a-Move will love this rendition on the theme.

A twist on the classic falling-and-matching game, 180 Ultra adds "shoot and flip" action. Shoot out different colored discs from the bottom of the screen. Flip over others to create a clump of at least three matching discs and they disappear, adding to your score. Create large combos and be rewarded with huge scores--just don't let the coins touch the red line at the bottom, or the game's over.

Characters, Multiple Game Modes, and Levels

It's always fun to get into character when playing a themed game like this, so choose the character who's most like you. There's Star, Rex, Ozzie, and Kane. Star's the cute one, but don't let this fiery redhead fool you: she can play just as rough as the boys. Rex thinks of himself as a rock music genius, and he's about 20 years behind the times, but he can shoot discs in 180 Ultra quicker than some of his guitar licks. Ozzie is way out, really way out, as in outer space. This loveable alien creature will help you figure out how to win. Kane thinks he's a powerful witch doctor, so be careful: he can conjure up some spells that makes this game all the more interesting.

You can choose to play in Endless mode, in which you try to go as long as you can survive, but how long can you last? Will you hold the Guinness Book of World Records award for playing 180 Ultra? The possibilities are endless!

Play in Score Attack mode for 90 seconds of a pedal-to-the-metal, guns-blazing, shoot-out game where you try and rack up as many points as humanly possible. What a rush!

Time Attack challenges you to clear 250 coins as quickly as possible.

Drop Attack allows you to add lines to score hight points; don't forget, you can flip discs to make better matches, but be quick about it. Don't let those lines reach the bottom, or it's curtains.

180 Ultra offers you three levels to match whatever playing ability you're at. Start at Demo Mode to learn all the ins and outs of gameplay, then start playing in earnest with the Easy level. Once you've mastered the game, go for the Hard level, to see what you're made of.

The colorful and sparkling HD graphics will please your eye as you progress through the game, eliminating matching discs.

The game records and tallies 11 statistical categories to track your growing expertise. You can really see your progress as you become a 180 Ultra master.

Share your achievements on OpenFeint, a very popular online leaderboard. Will you be able to post your high Score to OpenFeint for bragging rights?

Hardware Limitations

180 Ultra may not be compatible with older devices.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fun Puzzle Popper July 11, 2011

Fun little time-killer. Game exhibits a fair amount of polish, and runs silky smooth. Some interesting additional elements such as two-sided game peices make this an inspired improvement over the typical tetris/bejewelled puzzle games. EVO 3D

I'd like to personally thank the developer for finally making a puzzle game that accommodates somone who is color blind. Tired of struggling to play games where you have to match rows of color. Thank you! So far I am having a lot of fun with this game! Good game!

5.0 out of 5 stars Bubble Bobble meets Bejeweled! October 13, 2011

Really this couldnt get any better. Not just another boring puzzler where you match the colors or the shapes, but takes two excellent concepts and fuses them masterfully! Runs perfectly on my G2 and I imagine it would on nearly any Android device. OpenFeint integration with achievements keeps me coming back for more!

4.0 out of 5 stars Very fun! July 11, 2011

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE puzzle games. This one has to be one of my top 3 favorites besides Mahjong and Sudoku. Only issue I had with the app was the sound. Sometimes, it cuts off randomly and won't come back until I exit the game and open it again. Other than that, it's solid. Thanks AMAZON FAotD!!

5.0 out of 5 stars SO addictive! March 14, 2012
Verified Purchase
Played this on both my old Droid Incredible with both Froyo and Gingerbread as well as on my new Droid Incredible 2 with Gingerbread & I absolutely LOVE it! It's somewhat along the lines of a ball drop game mixed with a shoot the balloon game, but with a twist. The balls drop from the top of the screen and you aim your ball from the bottom to try to line it up with similarly colored balls, 3 in a row, either across or up & down. The difference is you can touch the balls that drop & switch them to their alternate color to help you. It's just that little extra twist that keeps this from being yet another boring, same old, same old game! Highly recommend this game for all ages & WELL worth $1.99!!!

This is a puzzle game that reminds me of some arcade puzzle game with a similar rows-of-items-advance-from-the-top-clear-them-before-they-get-you thing. Read more
