5.0 out of 5 stars the headless ghost
This was the first Goosebumps book I read. It was so good. It was fun to read. I thought this book was very, very cool. I liked the ending because it was surprising. I thought the story was the best. Whenever I go to my school's library I will get Goosebumps. I am reading another one now! Keep up the good work, Mr.Stein. If you make another book I am sure it will...

5.0 out of 5 stars The BEST Goosebumps book!, October 29, 2002
If you were given only one Goosebumps book to read, this should be it. It's about two kids who "haunt" their neighborhood, by howling behind bushes at neighbors and throwing rubber spiders in a boy's bedroom. But one night they decide to go a little further. There's a famous town attraction of a haunted house--it is haunted by the spirit of headless boy who got his head ripped off by a ghost! They've visited it a hundred times on tours. One night they decide to join the current tour group, and then wander off searching for the head of the headless boy. Do they find anything? Read this story and find out! This book is very exciting and adventurous--I recommend it to everyone!

4.0 out of 5 stars The Headless Ghost, November 30, 2005
A Kid's Review
If you like creepy stories like Goosebumps you will like the book The Headless Ghost. It is about when three girls go into a haunted house. These girls really like to scare people by sneaking in houses and pretending to be ghosts. After a while, they put their heads together to think about how to get the head. There is a legend that a sailor died in that house and when he died his head fell off.
Since there were tours at the house they decided to, get on the tour and when the tour guide isn't looking they would sneak off. There was security everywhere.
As they tried to find the head, they found very creepy things like very dark rooms and something very scary. You wouldn't want to be them. They really don't give up because they go there every day
But I really liked the book. It had a really interesting plot.It was so detailed. I know that it was R.L. Stine's best book. This is my favorite book.

A Kid's Review
The Headless Ghost
The Headless Ghost is when two twelve-year-old kids are haunting their neighborhood. They say that they put nasty stuff in people's mailboxes. They also put fake fingers and hands on the window seal. They also catch people in the morning looking in the door to see if it is safe to come out. They also make super scary noises like wolf holes and super loud sheiks leaves fall off the tree and scare you to death. They also go to this haunted house that is called Hill House, it has been haunted over 200 years old. This book is for people that can be any age, because anyone can read this book at any age but the of 1,2,3,and,4.
