Though I am no audiophile, I rate these headphones highly simply because they are a marked improvement in comparison to all the other low-priced sets I've ever had.
I find them especially useful when watching movies on my laptop. The sound is pleasantly crisp.The fact that they filter out outside noise pretty well is a great bonus, making it unnecessary to turn the volume up too high.

Poor base esponse but the crispness grows on you,especially for action movies and podcasts. Certain musicals sound great. differebt but quality!

My music is precious, once in awhile I go to the Mall, and I picked up some headphones, Twenty-Two dollars, un uh...so I came home and got on the computer and went to Amazon, their they were, my headphones, I order them and they were wonderful and were only under four dollors. Amazon came through again, and it makes me very happy to hear quality music through these precious headphones, my Blessings to everyone who works for Amazon.

These are just great. Wonderful sound and great communication with the shipper. it is hard to find good headphones at a decent price.

I made a mistake in buying these. The bass really is not recognizable(maybe it's just that I prefer more), and to me, it sounded like everything was set as background noise. My music didn't sound... THERE. But like it was being played form a distance. This is, of course, just my opinion. But if you want headphones with nice bass, and close sound, these probably wont be for you. On a positive note, what you CAN hear, does sound nice and clear. If you don't like a lot of bass, these are perfect for you.
