People cause one another tremendous hurt all the time, and those who feel wronged can carry grudges and resentments for years, causing great pain to themselves. The aim of this book is to help people achieve forgiveness of those who have hurt them, or if they can't to draw a line underneath the situation, so that they can get on with their lives without the burden of resentment, hurt and anger.
