This book is written by a woman who cured herself of a number of illnesses by eating healthily. Its very easy to read and entertaining with lots of positive verses to help you to keep on the natural diet pathway. It explains why certain foods are good for you and describes various fasts i.e fruit and veg fasts and juicing recipes to detoxify the body. It gives diets to eliminate fibroids and other health disorders. It also gives beauty tips and info on relaxing incences and meditation. It also shows yoga exercise that keep women supple and keep the circulation going to all areas of the body.I'd recommend this book to all women it cheers you up and gives you valuable information on your health and gives simple ways to ease yourself off junk food to a healthy diet which improves your health mentally , spiritually and physically. Go out and enjoy this book.

We at Fibroid News thoroughly recommend this book to our readers. It is a refreshing book, that makes the journey to optimum health an enjoyable one. Queen Afua expresses words of encouragement and positivity throughout the book with simple fruit and veg diets to improve the body. I followed the book and I feel great. I would recommend this book to all women and men.

My copy of Queen Afua's Heal Thyself has become terribly dog-eared, because it's such an invaluable tool in my daily living. Many ideas for improving many areas of life, from diet, to exercise, aromotherapy and other NATURAL ways to make sure that I don't continue to do so much damage to myself. Thank you, Queen Afua, for a wonderful book!
