This is an excellent work on the medicinal benefits of garlic.The herb is utilized in fighting cancer, heart disease, diabetes, infections and a host of other diseases. It is a good general health tonic. Garlic is utilized for high blood pressure and flu. It is best taken in the early morning and at night. Dr. Heinerman discusses the benefits of other herbs in "Healing Power of Herbs". These works are a treasure chest of health information.
