About the Author

Gina Jones, along with her husband Blackwolf, is the successful author of three books on Native American teachings and philosophies. She promotes world healing and Earth stewardship. Maryellen Baker is from the Lac Courte Orielles tribe of the Ojibwe. She is first degree Medi'wiwin (medicine) Woman and carrier of the Sacred Pipe. She founded a healing center which provides a supportive, drug free environment for those in need. Mildred 'Tinker' Schuman is an Ojibwe healer of the Lac du Flambeau tribe of Wisconsin. She is also a sundancer and traditional jingle dress dancer. Tinker is developing a healing center, called Mino Bimaadiziwin Center: The Sacred Living Center.
