Searching for an answer to your discomfort, sadness, or pain? Turn inside yourself for the answers; they only need to be unlocked through awareness. The book is well written, and aroused personal reflection each time I put it down. The local yoga instructor recommended reading the book before listening to the CD. I transferred the tracks to my iPod, and listen to it several times a week. External stressors do not have the same impact now. I am in a happier, more peaceful place, and migrating towards more healing.

Although I did not purchase this book, I checked it out at the library. I liked the CD in the back and was very easy to read as a beginner. The exercises were very easy and peacefu.

This book is great with simple but clear explanation and beautiful chakra pictures to help the training. The wisdom in the book is profound. I like the trainings suggested in the book and the CD.

Like my title explains it well. His teachings are simple yet so profound and effective. I used his techinques in his book and naturally saw drastic physical changes in my life which makes me understand that the higher self has been changed mostly- by reading proper spiritual information like this. I own his Brain wave vibration book and it has changed my life and my fathers life, i have recommended it to many people especially my office working clients. I am most impressed with his newest book Call of Sedona, which i see is number 1 in Spirituality and new age and #12 in overall books... after i read it i went to his retreat Mago garden centre in Sedona and i felt instantly at home- which was peace in my mind and heart sighh :)...I realized that his retreat centre is on top of a massive crystal city and in the heart centre(heart Chakra) of mother earth, you can feel it when you get there- highly highly recommnd to go there for true soul connection with mother earth, he has another book called Mago which describes more of mother earth... i do suggest reading his book before going- it's a must!!!The Call of Sedona: Journey of the Heart

I was quite impressed with Ilchi Lee's book on healing chakras. The information it contained was detailed but not boring, comprehensive but not overwhelming. It gave me a good understanding of how and why energy works within our bodies and how we can learn to forge a mind-body connection. I would recommend this book for anyone looking for enlightenment in any area of his or her life.

I am making a complaint. I received book with CD and the CD was in another language. I assume Korean. I wrote by email directly to Mr. Lee sent three emails and have still not heard from them. I am complaing in this section because I have looked everywhere for customer service and could not find. Please help me get the correct CD. I cannot be happy with this product if I can't use the CD. My email address is magsie@comcast.net. I sent Mr. Lee's organization all the info including my home address and that was about a month ago when I got the book. Hope you can help me. Margie Kozub
