I was very happy with my second hand book, which looked new. So thank you to the person who looked after it.
It no doubt goes to show that mother nature in all her glory has everything we need to help our immune system to heal our body. The book says you need a vegetarian/vegan diet for the clay to work properly, otherwise your immune system is too compromised for it to work at it's full potential. I agree with this, as it's very hard for the body to heal itself if one is eating animal fats, take away and junk food. You can't beat a wholefood diet for proper nutrition.
