My doctor said I would have to live with this condition. This program closed the gap within five weeks. -- Leslie- diastasis client

Thank you very much for your work. It has been a godsend -- Luis Camara- husband

This program works! -- Hannah- PT

Product Description

A diastasis recti is the separation of the recti muscles (your six pack) that sometimes occurs during pregnancy. Most women are not checked for this condition after the births of their babies and continue to perform exercises that are contraindicated for this condition.

Before starting any post partum fitness program, this condition must be diagnosed and healed. This dvd will show you our formula for successful reversal of this condition. We have researched and tested this formula for many years finally finding the right one. We have had many successes with this program and continue to redesign it as we accumulate more data. The program is endorsed by Physical Therapists worldwide.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not worth $30.00 July 2, 2007

This video may have a couple of ideas I have not heard about (there are only a few exercises on the video), but it is not worth $30.00. It looks as if it were filmed 30 years ago and she simply shows you the exercise (doesn't give you time to finish each one) and moves onto the next. She does not discuss breathing--which I feel is essential in abdominal work. I am not happy with this purchase.

3.0 out of 5 stars Some exercises work, not worth the money July 5, 2007

This video is way over priced for what you get. Call around to a physical therapist who knows about this condition and get some good exercises to help it. Even if you pay out of pocket, it will be better worth your money than this.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not useful for the common exerciser November 29, 2007
By Pattie
I received this product about 4 months ago, and I have watched it many times. This video is only intended to give instruction on what exercises to do when you exercise. It should be used more like a book for instruction on what to do. The video does not allow time to complete the exercises.

I did try to do the exercises on my own with some difficulties. If you have some experience in basic abdominal exercises and body rolling you might be able to get alot more from the video. Body rolling was a new concept for me, and thus it was akward for me to do on my own.

I also believe that the tape is expensive for the information available. I would really like to have paid for a full-length exercise video to use daily.

I have been using Pilates for the past month, and I have gone from a full hand opening to about 3 fingers. Please research the "do this" and "don't do this" available on the internet before starting. Pilates has really helped me to focus my efforts with caution. You can not just start doing abdominal exercises. Also, please know that this is going to take time to repair. There isn't anything that is a quick fix for this problem.
