Like the body mist, this spray is fantastic for calming oneself before bed. It is not a versatile as the body spray, because it is limited to just a room spray, where the body spray doubles as a room spray. However, it is a great pairing with the body mist if you want the same smell and want something that has a lasting effect.

I think this product is great to spray on your pillow at night it helps give a relaxing night's rest and I had no problem falling asleep. Great product!

The best Christmas gift for me EVER!I've had a TERRIBLE time for the past 3 years in getting my head to stop thinking so that I can sleep. Hormonal changes, no doubt. Received this incredible scented Healing Garden zzzTherapy Pillow & Room Spray as a gift and .. oh .. my .. gosh ... I actually fall asleep. Not only do I sleep, but this scent is so VERY comforting. Mmmmmm gooood! I'd love to know what each and every ingredient in this spray scenter is named ... my 'dream' come true!
