Like the body mist, this spray is fantastic for calming oneself before bed. It is not a versatile as the body spray, because it is limited to just a room spray, where the body spray doubles as a room spray. However, it is a great pairing with the body mist if you want the same smell and want something that has a lasting effect.

I think this product is great to spray on your pillow at night it helps give a relaxing night's rest and I had no problem falling asleep. Great product!

The best Christmas gift for me EVER!
I've had a TERRIBLE time for the past 3 years in getting my head to stop thinking so that I can sleep. Hormonal changes, no doubt. Received this incredible scented Healing Garden zzzTherapy Pillow & Room Spray as a gift and .. oh .. my .. gosh ... I actually fall asleep. Not only do I sleep, but this scent is so VERY comforting. Mmmmmm gooood! I'd love to know what each and every ingredient in this spray scenter is named ... my 'dream' come true!

at first I was disappointed that the scent was more flowery than I expected. My last pillow spray from Healing Garden was ginger lily and not as strong. However, it works just as well and I'm off to sleep in no time. Not an easy thing for me. M. Bucks County, Pa

I love the Healing Garden products. The zzzTherapy Pillow & Room Spray isn't just for the bedroom in our home. We have a pooch who likes to rearrange the cushions on the furniture for her sleeping pleasure. Having a delightfully scented spray that is safe for fabric is a real plus. Pooch smells better too!!

I love this product. It makes my sheets smell so fresh yet it helps me relax when I go to sleep. It also lasts a long time.

I have been using Healing Garden products for years and love their lavender sprays - my husband and I call it our "nite-nite" spray and I always spray it on our pillows right before we go to sleep at night. I also used it when my daughter was in the hospital for her and her room mate. I always take it with me when traveling.The scent is just right.

I LOVE THIS STUFF I ONCE USED IT ON OUR GUESTS PILLOW AND THE WENT ZZZ THE NEXT MORNING THEY ASKED WHAT DID I SPRAY ON THEIR PILLOW! ITS THE BOMB

ZZZ Therapy is one of the better pillow sprays I've tried over the years and, unfortunately, I don't think they are producing it any longer. If you find 'em, buy 'em.

this product really helps me relax and calm my mind so i can fall asleep quickly! i love it and highly recommend it!
