5.0 out of 5 stars A great guide and recipes, March 20, 2007
This review is from: Healing Herbal Teas: A Complete Guide to Making Delicious, Healthful Beverages (Paperback)
We use this book a lot in our little tea shop. There are many tea remedies formulas that are very tasty and helpful. The general information on the different plants is very good too! Very complete and clear to understand. Truly a great source book to have handy.

Many people drink herbal teas simply because they are wanting to avoid caffiene. Herbal teas are really a wonderul method of creating natural, gentle, safe, and effective holistic remedies. This book is a lovely introduction to blending (tea) herbs for health and pleasure.

5.0 out of 5 stars Where have you been so long, July 29, 2010

Bar none, this is one of my favorite books. I bought this book some years back, it is no longer in print, worth every cent you have to pay for it and a must have for anyone. If you have ever read a Brigette Mars book of any type of healing, you would have to be ashamed not to own this one. She covers it all so to speak with Medicinal Teas. I recommended this book to my students, customers and to you. A must have book if you really what to know, understand and experience Herbs and using them.
