When I was sick with viral meningitis, my sister Chris helped me to recover, and offered information from this mighty little book. Sometimes, simple rememdies is all one needs instead of the expensive and sometimes hazardous prescriptions that are so often given. Now I am sharing and passing on information from my own copy of this great edition to my kitchen cookbooks and nursing manuals!

This little book is the wisdom of one of the Grande Dames of the natural healing world. Everything has been tried over generations, and the directions are clear and to the point. The A-Z format makes it really accessible to anyone. Thanks to Hay House for reformatting this amazing information!
