A great book for beginers!,

I came across this book when I started to explore herbal medicine and found it very useful. The layout is excellent and the pictures are very good, helping a novice to identify several herbs. It gives detailed description of many common herbs and useful instructions in preparing herbal remedies.I would definitely recommend this book to everyone who starts a journey into herbal healing.

I have a large library of herb books, and there are a number of them that are much more comprehensive than this. Even Ody has better books. However, the pictures in this book are great. Definitely a good reference, especially for beginners.
