A great book to have if you are looking for alternate or additional healing methods. I like that she not only focuses on herbs but on vitamin supplements and some old fashioned remedies that are still useful. The things the doctors don't tell you that you should be eating to help naturally fight your aches and pains before you head for the pills.

I ordered this book, listed in GIFT Condition..when it arrived, it had a major gouge! in the binding! I had sent TWO e-mails since that time ( now well over 3 weeks agao!! ) and have not recieved any reply...I will keep this supplier on My DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN list!
