Gerald Epstein is among the leading authorities on mental imagery and its relation to physical health. This book lucidly articulates how the mind is responsible for the health of the body. As we use the healing powers of the imagination, the body is restored to its pristine state. He gives many wonderful exercises geared towards different physical ailments, in addition to many personal testimonials concerning the efficacy of imagery for physical health. According to Dr. Epstein, eventually, using imagery, we can overcome death itself using our own innate imaginative capacity. I benefit tremendously from these exercises, in physical and spiritual ways. His imagery helped heal my face after a horrible accident, and now I look completely normal. It also helped me find wholeness within myself, here and now.Highly Recommended! |
